Die Standard-Bluetooth-Stacks älterer iPhones beschränkten die OBDII-Datenübertragung.
Leistung mit Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeug-Apps
Der wahre Test für uns bei Voltuned ist, wie diese preisgünstigen Diagnosegeräte die spezifischen Anforderungen elektrifizierter Antriebe erfüllen. Ich habe den Panlong mit verschiedenen gängigen Anwendungen getestet.
Dr. Prius / Dr. Hybrid
Für Besitzer von Toyota- und Lexus-Hybridfahrzeugen ist dies die Standard-App. Ich habe den Panlong an einen Prius von 2015 angeschlossen, um den Zustand der Hochvoltbatterie (HV) zu überprüfen.

Ergebnis: Erfolgreich. Der Panlong hat die Spannung aller 14 Zellen erfolgreich ausgelesen. Ich konnte den Innenwiderstand visualisieren und schwache Zellen identifizieren.

Hinweis: Die Aktualisierungsrate ist deutlich langsamer als beim OBDLink LX. Beim „Lebensdauertest“ der App, der eine schnelle Datenerfassung bei starker Beschleunigung und Bremsung erfordert, hat der Panlong gelegentlich einen Frame ausgelassen, den Test aber abgeschlossen.
ActiveOBD App
Subaru-Besitzer fragen häufig nach der ActiveOBD App. Diese App benötigt einen Dongle, der bestimmte Initialisierungszeichenfolgen unterstützt.
- Ergebnis: Gemischt. Panlong kann zwar eine Verbindung herstellen, einige Nutzer berichten jedoch von Stabilitätsproblemen mit ActiveOBD im Vergleich zum vLinker MC+. In meinen Tests konnte ich die Getriebeöltemperatur auslesen, die Verbindung brach jedoch während einer 30-minütigen Fahrt einmal ab. Es funktioniert zwar, ist aber für diese Anwendung nicht optimal stabil.
Car Scanner ELM OBD2
Dies ist meine Empfehlung für allgemeine Fahrzeugdaten von Elektrofahrzeugen (Hyundai Ioniq 5, VW ID.4 usw.).
- Ergebnis: Panlong liefert hier zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse. Es kann den Ladezustand (SoC), den Gesundheitszustand (SoH) und die Batterietemperatur auslesen. Versucht man jedoch, mehr als 20 Sensoren gleichzeitig zu erfassen, sinkt die Datenaktualisierungsrate rapide. Man stößt schlichtweg an die Bandbreitengrenze des günstigen Bluetooth-Controllers.
Die Verwirrung um „Wireless CarPlay“
Ich möchte auf eine häufige Suchanfrage und ein Missverständnis eingehen: Wireless CarPlay. Viele suchen nach „Panlong Wireless CarPlay“ und verwechseln OBD-Diagnosegeräte mit Infotainment-Adaptern.
Zur Klarstellung: Der Panlong OBD2 Scanner Bluetooth ermöglicht keine drahtlose Nutzung von Apple CarPlay oder Android Auto. Er ist ein Diagnosegerät zum Auslesen von Motor- und Batteriedaten.

Zwar kann es mit Codierungs-Apps möglich sein, eine deaktivierte CarPlay-Funktion in bestimmten BMW- oder VW-Modellen zu aktivieren, ich rate jedoch dringend davon ab, den Panlong zum Codieren zu verwenden.
Günstige Adapter verfügen nicht über den erforderlichen Pufferspeicher und die notwendigen Fehlerkorrekturmechanismen für eine sichere Codierung. Wenn die Verbindung während des Codierens abbricht, riskieren Sie, das Modul unbrauchbar zu machen. Verwenden Sie zum Codieren daher hochwertige Adapter wie die OBDLink CX- oder vLinker-Serie.
